Sapphire Beach

There are a few access points to the beach. Step off the deck onto the sand, you’ve arrived in Paradise! Alternatively, take Sapphire Beach exit and access it via Crystal Waters drive, which offers playground facilities, parking and beach showers or a little further along the highway turn off at Split Solitary Road through the new North Sapphire Shores Estate and you will find Beachstone Cafe, a fabulous kids playground, parking, toilet facilities and beach access.

Diggers Beach

Turn opposite at the Big Banana. The local’s favourite Surfing Beach.

Jetty Beach (pictured)

The perfect beach for families, small waves, protected harbour, lots to see and do. With a dog friendly, off-leash beach on the other side.

Park Beach

This beach is great for the kids. Grab a coffee at the coffee kiosk and have a swim!

Moonee Beach

Voted one of the most picturesque beaches by Sydney Morning Herald 2 years ago, this beach also has BBQ facilities. Turn right at Moonee shopping centre.

Emerald Beach

Emerald boasts a range of facilities including, children's playground, electric BBQ'S, picnics shelters, toilets, beach showers, a boat ramp and it is close to the shops. Emerald’s Look at Me Now headland is home to over 50 resident kangaroos.

Boambee Beach

Boambee Creek Reserve, at the southern end of Boambee beach, (access via Sawtell Road), is a popular area for locals with younger children. The reserve offers shallow water for smaller children and playground facilities. It is perfect for picnics as there are barbeques, shelters and takeaway food. The reserve also has beach showers and toilet facilities. The reserve charges a nominal fee for car parking in the reserve. Boambee Headland is also the perfect location for whale watching during winter and spring.
